Innowise IP Group is a full-range IP service corporation comprising an IP boutique firm, Beijing Innowise Intellectual Property Law Office, and an IP counseling company, Innowise IP consulting, LLC. We were founded in 2014, and are licensed in early 2015 by the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) of the PRC to provide both domestic and overseas clients with full spectrum of services in all fields of intellectual property rights (IPR).

All of our core professional team members are former members of the Patent Reexamination Board (PRB) of the SIPO or former court judges. Most of the attorneys, graduated from Chinese famous universities, colleges and R & D institutes of the CAS with Doctor or Master degrees in science, technology or law. Both of our major founding partners not only have over 10 years experience in IP law practice with significant expertise in patent prosecution and litigation in particular, but also received IP law practice training both in China and other countries like the USA, Germany and the UK.
