1.  Documents to be provided (Paris Convention Application)

(1) The Description, the Claims, the Abstract, the Drawings and the Brief Description of the Design.

(2) Power of Attorney required by SIPO, which could be handed later.

(3) The Priority document and Priority transfer document, which could be handed in later.

2.  Documents to be provided (PCT Application)

(1) PCT International Application as published.

(2) The Amendment document published by WIPO, if the client made the amendment under PCT Article 19.

(3) The International Preliminary Report and amendment sheet under PCT Article 34, if the client required the International Preliminary Examination and made amendment.

(4) Amendment sheets if amendments is to be made in China National Phase.

(5) PCT/IB/306 if the client made changes of inventor or applicant information during International Phase.

(6) Power of Attorney required by SIPO.

(7) Priority transfer document if any.
